In large number of people, how you can give your presentation. You have to impress all of your listeners. It is must require that your presentation should be attractive and away some. In a large area of competition you may go under stress while doing this task. You give your product information or service advantages in your presentation. There may be confusion to make a presentation attractive to the listeners. Here we writing this article and give some points according to my experience to give a presentation away some. Here we are writing some important points by which you can make a good presentation:
1. Documentation – This is important that you must collect and clear you document that you have to represent. You have a proper knowledge about the topic that you have to represent in your presentation.
2. Short note – You can make some short note in some cards or in a diary. You can follow this note while giving presentation. This will helpful to you when you may go beyond the topic. A series wise topic should be noted in short note and follow at the time of presentation.
3. Rehearsal – At last you should do rehearsal of your presentation. This will helpful to find your weakness and you can solve it and correct it. It is important that you must make your presentation attractive and away some because you are going in the war of communication and you have to visible to all. Some minor mistakes give your presentation invisible in company.
4. Eye contact – Now we are giving some instruction about the personality and attitude. It is most important that you have knowledge of good eye contact. Eye contact plays a special roll in a good presentation. By the eye contact you can place good image in front of all your listeners. You should maintain a time break between each eye contact. You have to know that all of your listeners make your personality image in their mind and after this they make decision. You should give the same priority to all of your listeners.
5. Introduce yourself first- You should introduce yourself. Listener must know that who are you and what is your job? You should also give the introduction about your company for which you working.
6. Title of presentation – It is important that your presentation should have a title. A title must have a good strength to make your presentation attractive and can attract to your listeners. The title of presentation should introduce itself and the region for which you giving presentation.
7. Personality – A good personality of louder will attract the audience to listen them. You should have good personality. I mean that you should be in good professional uniform. You can also use full shirt and blazer. The color combination must give you batter in look. Cloth wearing should not be gaudy. Good clothing must not be ignored. Looking good will also orient your presentation in good direction.
8. Style – Your style must be simple but not be looser. You should give respect to all our listeners. This will make environment according to you. Your talk style must understand to all people. All people should be understood that what you are saying. You should confirm that all of your listeners understand you or not.
